Vishwambhari Parmar
Danta, Gujarat
TFN Fellow 2025
Vishwambhari comes from a farming family, but she spent a large part of her life in a city — a contrast that shaped how she sees the world. She pursued a humanities education, and later worked as a translator. While her education trained her to raise pertinent questions about the world, the answers seemed always beyond her reach. Inspired by the transformative impact of her own teachers, she has chosen a path in education as a concrete and perceivable answer to these questions. Through the fellowship in nature education, she hopes to foster in young minds a sense of wonder and appreciation for nature. During her free time, Vishwambhari can be found reading fantasy fiction, photographing insects and dabbling in occasional art projects.
