Lalita Ashtekar

Lalita, an enthusiastic nature educator with degrees in Zoology and Oceanography, seamlessly blends teaching with environmental conservation. Her approach fosters curiosity and action, empowering students to make a positive impact. As a participant in the TFN Fellowship, Lalita is eager to cultivate future environmental leaders.

Outside the classroom, she is also a Bharatanatyam dancer who advocates for a greener future. Lalita's passion for teaching children stems from her belief that they are innocent receivers with their antennas up for everything around them. She sees them as the true gamechangers and torchbearers for the future, capable of driving meaningful environmental change.
