Growing up with limited exposure to the outdoors, Shreeshan’s relationship with nature began to take shape through trail runs, treks, and hikes during his corporate years. This growing connection inspired him to volunteer, eventually taking on multiple roles in a Permaculture Forest Garden in Darjeeling. Working at the grassroots level, he witnessed the transformative power of empowered communities solving collective challenges, far beyond one-sided policy impositions.

These experiences shaped his identity—transforming him from a shy, inexpressive child with low self-esteem to someone who finds purpose in leading multi-day Outdoor Education programs. This journey has been one of profound self-discovery, aligning his core values with the mission of fostering deeper connections with nature.

He believes in the importance of nurturing this bond in young minds, as they are the future stewards of our land. Through nature-based education, Shreeshan aims to inspire a sense of wonder, resilience, and environmental responsibility. As he continues to learn and evolve, he seeks to cultivate not just knowledge, but a lasting passion for nature in the hearts of the next generation.
