With an eye for detail shaped by her background in the jewelry industry, Rashi’s journey has evolved from studying precious stones to appreciating the living earth. Her transition into education began with teaching preschoolers and later continued in Bengaluru, where she facilitated nature-based activities for children — deepening her belief in a child’s innate sense of wonder. An amateur yet dedicated birder, she sees the fellowship as a space to turn observation into meaningful action.

As a TFN fellow, she hopes to nurture the empathy that helps children recognise their place within — not apart from the environment.
