Permaculture is well-known today for its many ideas and practices, which contribute to sustainable agriculture. One of its Indian pioneers is Shri Narsanna Koppula. who will conduct a three-day workshop on the basics of permaculture and forest farming. Shri Narsanna is founder of Aranya Agricultural Alternatives, which has pioneered sustainable agriculture in central India.

During the workshop, Shri Narsanna will elaborate on the concepts and practices of permaculture at the Bhoomi campus (Sarjapur Road) on 30th October. He will also accompany participants on a field trip on 29th October to understand water conservation and other practices at the Bhoomi Gurukul farm, located on the outskirts of Bengaluru.
